Change Detection

Hey everyone. I wanted to share a great tool with you. I use Change Detection all the time to monitor web pages for changes. As soon as a page is updated I am sent an e-mail notification. This is great for when you don't want to try and remember to check back for site updates. So, for example, you could set up this blog on Change Detection and every time I update you will get an e-mail. Oh, and it's totally free and easy.
